Block cadence is a property of the network itself, not a reading from our node, so it can be shown honestly. Everything else — height, hashes, transactions — only the node knows, and until it is connected this page has nowhere to get it. Nor will it draw them: a made-up block hash is indistinguishable from a real one and resolves nowhere.
